Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By engaging Blocc Dynamics (Bliss Dynamics Pty Ltd) ("we", "us", "our") for software development, consulting, or infrastructure services, you agree to these Terms of Service. These terms may be updated periodically; continued use constitutes acceptance.

2. Services

We provide software development, AI integration, web development, consulting, DevOps, and infrastructure services. Specific deliverables, timelines, and fees are defined in individual project agreements or statements of work.

All services are provided on a best-efforts basis. While we strive for excellence, software development involves inherent uncertainties, and results may vary based on requirements, integrations, and external factors.

3. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, you retain ownership of materials you provide. Upon full payment, you receive ownership of custom deliverables created specifically for your project. We retain rights to general tools, frameworks, and methodologies developed independently or used across multiple projects.

4. Payment

Payment terms are specified in individual project agreements. Late payments may incur fees and/or result in work suspension. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to protect confidential information shared during engagement. This obligation survives termination and excludes information that becomes publicly available or was independently known.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Blocc Dynamics shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific services giving rise to the claim.

7. Blockchain Validation Services

For clients delegating to our Proof of Stake validator infrastructure:

Delegation is at your own risk. Staked tokens may be subject to slashing in case of validator misbehavior.
Unstaking periods (typically 21 days) are governed by blockchain protocol parameters.
Commission rates may change with reasonable notice via our social channels.
Blockchain services are experimental; results may be unpredictable.

8. General

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved in Victorian courts. Claims must be initiated within twelve months of the cause arising.

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect.
