By delegating to a Blocc Dynamics validator, you acknowledge acceptance of these Terms of Service.
- These Terms of Service may be amended at any time without prior notice.
- Delegators are advised not to delegate their tokens to Blocc Dynamics without a thorough understanding of the risks associated with participation in proof-of-stake blockchains.
- Delegation to a Blocc Dynamics validator is undertaken solely at your own risk.
- In the event of misbehavior by the validator, including downtime or double signing, your staked tokens may be subject to slashing.
- Blocc Dynamics will endeavor to communicate changes in commission rates, downtime, and slashing events via social media channels; however, this service is not guaranteed.
- Blockchain services are provided on an as-is basis and are experimental in nature. Results may be unpredictable and unexpected.
- Unstaking periods typically last 21 days or as defined by the blockchain parameters, and delegators are solely responsible for making informed decisions regarding transactions.
- You agree to use the service for lawful purposes only.
- To the fullest extent permissible under applicable law, Blocc Dynamics and its employees shall not be liable for any damages, whether financial or otherwise.
- All matters arising from these Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Victoria, Australia.
- Any claims arising out of services provided by Blocc Dynamics must be initiated within six months after the cause; otherwise, such claim will be permanently waived by the claimant.
- If any clause of these Terms of Service is found to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, this shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other provision.
